The Moon Family is in need of prayer for they are now going through a tough time. A child (whom is not there own) drown in there back yard swimming pool last thursday, and the children are in the state care, but are with family.

i go to court tomorrow for a 15 min trail for plan for us and the kids. i pray things will get better. please pray for us.i hope they will let our girls come home in feb. i want to hold my babygirl on her bday and hold them all. cps is twisting things.

I thought this site was started to as a way to make changes in dfcs across the country. There has been nothing new posted here in a long time, other then posts from members. Is anything being done to bring about reform????

My question is: Is there a conflict of interest isuue with CPS workers, investigators or supervisors? In my case the CW, CM, and supervisor had previosly worked with my husband. I didn't think about it a whole lot until I filed criminal charges of pergury against the supervisor and the local PD and DA's office refused to prosecute because they had a conflict of interest cosidrering they had worked with her before. Should this Supervisor have been allowed to initiate, investigate, and make all decisions in my case cosidreing she had worked with my husband (ex-cop) from 1989-2002?
